IQstaker provides a solid, product-based system that includes monetization of all social media accounts, a legitimate marketplace for the sale and upload of products, and a platform to acquire high-quality digital skills, ranging from website development, graphic design, copywriting, and more. IQstaker Technology offers a marketplace where only high-quality skills are taught and marketed to individuals across the globe.
This is a legal agreement between you and IQstaker Technology, a trademark of MAJOR IQSTAKER DYNAMISM HUB. This agreement defines the terms of your participation as a user/subscriber of our website. Please read the IQstaker Technology agreement (“Agreement”) before activating your account. By registering as a vendor/affiliate on IQstaker Technology and clicking "agree," you are agreeing to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to each term, you are not eligible to register as a vendor/affiliate on IQstaker Technology, buy any products from IQstaker Technology, provide products for sale, or earn commissions for promoting IQstaker Technology.
You agree that you have read and understood this Agreement (“Agreement”) and that your membership on IQstaker (the “Program”) shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the “Member”) and IQstaker Technology.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by IQstaker Administrators without notice. Please review them periodically, as your ongoing use is subject to the modified terms. Your continued participation in IQstaker after modifications implies acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register as a member of IQstaker.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Becoming a Vendor/Affiliate/Networker/User IQstaker and IQstaker Technology are private communities, and IQstaker reserves the right to accept or reject vendors/affiliates at its sole discretion. To be eligible to become a vendor/affiliate on IQstaker Technology, you must complete an application, register, and pay the required signup fees. You must provide truthful and current information, including your real name, verifiable contact information, and proof of age (18 years or older). IQstaker reserves the right to reject applications that cannot be verified or are deemed unacceptable.
If the information you provide is inaccurate, it may delay your application or prevent IQstaker from paying your sales commission. IQstaker reserves the right to cancel any application or existing account if the information provided is misleading or false.
Affiliates: Promoting Products for a Commission As an affiliate in IQstaker, you will have the opportunity to promote and earn commissions on a wide variety of digital skills offered through IQstaker Technology. Skills offered through IQstaker Technology are provided by our vendors for sale on the platform.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors and skills to market or advertise. IQstaker Technology endeavors to maintain high-quality standards in its Skills Center. However, you understand and agree that IQstaker is not responsible for the contents, accuracy, or quality of any skills.
You are responsible for any marketing costs associated with promoting skills on IQstaker. IQstaker Technology does not provide legal advice on advertisements, and you are solely responsible for the content and any liability resulting from your marketing efforts. You agree not to represent yourself as IQstaker Technology or use IQstaker Technology's content unless expressly permitted. If you misrepresent yourself as a vendor, IQstaker reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account and forfeit any commissions.
IQstaker does not permit the promotion of any pornographic, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes and reserves the right to deny promotion of such non-permitted skills.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, IQstaker, at its sole discretion, may refuse to accept membership applications. Members may not use more than one Member account, use another person’s email, or create false accounts.
Members agree to not abuse their membership privileges by engaging in any fraudulent behavior, including spamming. Spamming will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of earnings.
REFUND POLICY As IQstaker offers virtual digital services, specifically 'Stakes' as part of the requirements for earning on our platform, we do not generally issue refunds after a purchase. By purchasing any IQstaker Stake, you agree to the no-refund policy.
MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES
IQstaker administrators, editors, and moderators have full discretion to review and approve or disapprove content, advertisements, or other posts submitted by members. IQstaker pays members $0.01 for each ad viewed, which boosts exposure for your business or services while enabling members to earn. To qualify for earnings and payments, all members must adhere to IQstaker's specific guidelines and rules.
PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION FOR NETWORKING/AFFILIATE MARKETING Affiliate users who earn sales commissions may apply on Mondays and Thursdays for compensation. Compensation is paid on the same day until all applicants receive payment.
Members must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If a member objects to any terms in this Agreement or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, they may discontinue participation in IQstaker.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY To the extent not prohibited by law, IQstaker Technology shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. If IQstaker Technology is found liable for any damage, its entire liability for direct damages is limited to forty-three naira only, 0.5% of the registration fee.
WAIVER If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it shall be limited to the extent necessary to keep the rest of the Agreement in effect.
ARBITRATION Disputes related to this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by United States law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and supersedes any prior agreements between the parties. Neither this Agreement nor any part of it is assignable without the express, prior written consent of IQstaker Technology.
CONFIDENTIALITY Vendors and affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any disclosed or generated information related to this Agreement. Unauthorized disclosure may lead to an immediate injunction or any other available remedies.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES Nothing in this Agreement creates a relationship of partnership, joint venture, or agency between the parties.
WAIVER AND AMENDMENT No waiver of any breach of this Agreement constitutes a waiver of other breaches, and amendments must be signed by an authorized representative.
DISCLAIMERS Members use the service at their own risk, and IQstaker disclaims all warranties of any kind. IQstaker cannot guarantee the security of transmitted information and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements related to IQstaker membership. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be addressed first through arbitration
